1. Shipping Policy

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
- During high volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take longer. You will be notified via email of any significant delay.
1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not supported at this time.
1.3 Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
1.4 Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@pettycutie.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
2. Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
2.1 Return Window
- You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2.2 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in the original packaging, including any tags, bags, or hygiene seals.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Nipple covers that have been opened or tried on
- Intimate apparel
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
2.4 Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please email us at support@pettycutie.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) if the product is damaged or incorrect
We will provide you with a return authorization and return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 3–5 business days whether your refund is approved.
3.2 Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:
- Returned items not in original condition or missing parts
- Returns received after the 30-day return window
3.4 Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement and before shipment. After that, the order is considered final and must follow the return process if needed.
